The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre was founded by Matt Besser, Amy Poehler, Ian Roberts, and Matt Walsh in 1999 and operates Theaters and Training Centers in New York & Los Angeles. UCB has reopened its LA theatre and is in the process of reopening its NY operations that were closed at the start of the pandemic.

Job Description

Upright Citizens Brigade is looking for a Special Projects Coordinator to serve as an extension of the CEO's operational capacities, performing R&D tasks, option analysis, and other ad hoc projects as delegated.

Sample Duties Include:

• Actively engage in general problem-solving, especially between different operational areas, in a hands-on capacity.
• Maintain general awareness of industry trends and standards, including ongoing competitive analysis.
• Help develop and implement systems to improve overall efficiency and inter-departmental communication.
• Cover other departments as needed, either as part of a special project or interim resources when a department is short-staffed.
• Additional administrative duties and data entry as assigned, including General Contractor Coordination, Performance and Learning Facility equipment and supply auditing, decoration, and furnishing.

Qualifications

• Project/Program Management experience with emphasis with business coordination and process improvement during growth stage.
• Proven experience in business analytics, strategy development, business operations development, due diligence.
• Must possess unquestionable character and absolute integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Proven leader with a blend of superior strategic, operational, program/project management, and leadership skills.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail, strong initiative, an influencer who has excelled in matrix environments, and critical thinking skills.
• Experienced and skilled with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
